Ulysse Nardin
Ulysse Nardin built marine chronometers for more than fifty navies before it built wristwatches, and the Marine line still carries that name. Our selection covers Marine Torpilleur and Marine Chronograph, the Diver line, the architectural Blast and Blast Skeleton, Freak X and Freak Vision, plus Classico and Executive.

Marine and Diver
The Marine line is the direct descendant of Ulysse Nardin's chronometers, and the Marine Torpilleur is its cleanest expression: an enamel or grand feu dial, Roman numerals, a small seconds at six and a case that keeps the proportions of a deck watch. Marine Torpilleur Military adds a more utilitarian treatment. The Diver line is the modern tool watch, and the Marine Chronograph sits between the two.
Freak and Blast
Freak is the one that changed things. Introduced in 2001, it has no dial, no hands and no conventional crown: the movement itself rotates to tell the time, and it was the first commercial watch to use silicon in the escapement. Freak X is the more accessible entry, Freak Vision the automatic evolution. Blast takes the skeletonised, architectural approach into a tonneau case with an X-shaped bridge structure.
Sizing and daily wear
Marine Torpilleur sits at 42mm but wears smaller thanks to short, downturned lugs and a thin bezel, which makes it one of the more wearable enamel-dial watches at this level. Diver references run 42mm to 44mm with real water resistance. Blast and Freak are 43mm to 45mm and wear their size openly, though titanium keeps the weight down. Tell us your wrist measurement and we will be straight about fit.
Silicon, service and enquiry
Ulysse Nardin was an early adopter of silicon escapement components, which are anti-magnetic and need no lubrication, but they do require a specialist for service. We check running condition before listing and describe it honestly. Box and papers are noted where present. Much of the inventory is listed as price on request and quoted on enquiry, and we buy and trade Ulysse Nardin.
