Vacheron Constantin
Vacheron Constantin has been in continuous production since 1755, and our selection covers the range that matters: Overseas for daily wear, Patrimony and Traditionnelle for dress, Malte for the shaped case, plus Fiftysix and Historiques. Many carry the Hallmark of Geneva; several are held as price on request.

Overseas, Patrimony, Traditionnelle
The Overseas is the one to know if you want a single Vacheron: a steel or gold sports watch on an integrated bracelet, with a quick-change system that swaps to rubber or leather without tools. It runs from self-winding time-and-date through dual time, chronograph and ultra-thin perpetual calendar.
Patrimony is the purest dress line, thin and round with minimal dial furniture. Traditionnelle is more classical and more decorated, with fluted casebands and, on many references, a visible finished movement. Malte keeps the tonneau case, Historiques reissues archive designs, and Fiftysix is the more accessible entry point.
The Hallmark of Geneva
Many Vacheron movements carry the Poinçon de Genève, a certification covering both finishing standards and timekeeping, awarded only to watches made and cased in the Canton of Geneva. It is worth understanding what it does and does not certify: it speaks to craft and origin rather than to water resistance or shock protection.
Sizing and wearability
Vacheron cases run classical rather than large. Patrimony sits at 36mm to 40mm and wears flat enough to disappear under a shirt cuff; Traditionnelle is similar but visually busier; Overseas at 41mm is the only line most people would call a sports watch. Fiftysix splits the difference. If you are moving from a modern 42mm sports watch, expect Vacheron to feel smaller than the numbers suggest, and tell us your wrist size before you commit.
Enquiries, condition and trade
Vacheron is a brand where finishing is the product, so case condition and whether a watch has been over-polished matter a great deal. We inspect in-house, describe honestly, and note box, papers and any archive documentation where present. A number of references are listed as price on request and quoted on enquiry, and we buy and take Vacheron in trade.
