Refund policy
Our company offers a 7-day return/exchange policy on items purchased online at itsthattime.com. If, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange your watch, we will do our best to accommodate your request quickly and easily. Please, read our terms and conditions very carefully:
- All returns or exchanges must be in new, unworn condition, with no scratches or markings, not sized or adjusted in any ways, in their original undamaged packaging and with warranty cards/instruction booklets. Non-removable It's That Time tag and stickers must still be attached.
- You must request a return authorization from our representatives prior to returning any merchandise, within 7 days from the date your package is delivered.
- Exchanges within 7 days will receive 100% credit towards a future purchase. Exchange is possible only for equal or greater value item.
- All returned items will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. If the item is returned within 48 hours, restocking fee will be waived, unless it is "Special Order".
- Special order items or deposits for special order items are not returnable. (Customized items, items that we do not have in our warehouse and special ordered from our distributor for you, and/or all orders that have a sale price equal or greater than $5,000 are considered as "Special Order"). Final Sale items are not returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- The cost of original shipping will be deducted from your total refund. All return shipments must be post marked before the end of 7th calendar day from receipt of your watch and are sent at your sole cost and expense. Customers bear all risk of loss associated with any return. Please be sure to insure the contents for their full value as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
International Returns:
International buyers may return their purchase, however, any return shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes will be the buyer’s responsibility. All other aspects of the return policy listed above still apply for International returns. Please contact your Client Advisor to request the return authorization and to begin the process.
