Starting from the iconic 41mm Royal Oak 15400ST stainless steel case, this piece has been extensively diamond-set with aftermarket stones across every major surface — the octagonal bezel, the bracelet links, and the folding clasp all carry aftermarket VS diamonds totaling approximately 25 carats. The dial retains the Royal Oak's signature tapisserie pattern and is itself diamond-set, visible through a sapphire crystal. A sapphire case back offers a clear view of the movement within.
Mechanically, nothing has been altered from the original Royal Oak specification. The automatic Caliber 3120 runs beneath the dial, delivering a date function and approximately 60 hours of power reserve, with water resistance to 50 meters. The 41mm stainless steel case dimensions remain as Audemars Piguet produced them.
