The 37mm octagonal case is fashioned in 18k white gold and set with 318 brilliant-cut diamonds weighing approximately 1.905 carats, while the signature bezel — secured by the Royal Oak's characteristic hexagonal screws — is likewise rendered in 18k white gold and set with brilliant-cut diamonds. A glareproofed sapphire crystal protects the dial above, and a transparent glareproofed sapphire crystal case back reveals the movement within. The screw-locked crown completes the case architecture.
Inside, the snow-set dial carries 699 brilliant-cut diamonds (~1.40 ct) alongside 13 baguette-cut diamond hour markers (~0.32 ct), presenting a fully gem-covered surface across which the white gold hands travel. The integrated Royal Oak bracelet in 18k white gold continues the diamond theme, snow-set with 1,106 brilliant-cut diamonds (~3.875 ct) and fastened by an AP folding clasp. Water resistance is rated to 50 metres.
Powering the watch is the self-winding Audemars Piguet Calibre 5900, delivering hours, minutes, and center seconds with a power reserve of approximately 60 hours. This reference is presented with its original box and papers.
