Glareproofed sapphire crystal protects both the front and caseback, while the crown is finished with a pink sapphire cabochon. Water resistance extends to 20 metres.
The dial presents a white mother-of-pearl off-centred disc accompanied by a small seconds counter, anthracite Roman numeral transfers, and pink gold hands — an arrangement that reflects the Millenary's signature asymmetric layout. The hand-wound movement is visible through the sapphire caseback.
