Crafted in 18k white gold, the 39.5mm case measures 9.8mm thick and features a bezel and lugs set with 116 brilliant-cut diamonds totalling approximately 0.60 carats. A glareproofed sapphire crystal protects the dial above, while a sapphire caseback reveals the hand-wound movement within. The crown is finished with a pink cabochon sapphire, and the case carries a water resistance rating of 20 metres.
The dial presents a white mother-of-pearl off-centred disc alongside a small seconds counter, with anthracite printed Roman numerals and pink gold hands. The composition embraces the Millenary's signature asymmetric architecture, allowing the movement's character to inform the dial layout in an unconventional arrangement.
