Measuring 39.5 mm in diameter and 9.8 mm in thickness, the 18-carat white gold case of this Millenary is covered entirely in brilliant-cut diamonds — 438 stones totalling approximately 1.93 carats across the case and pin buckle — and is fitted with a glareproofed sapphire crystal and sapphire caseback. A blue cabochon sapphire crowns the winding crown, and the watch carries a water resistance rating of 20 metres.
The dial presents an off-centred white gold disc paved with 136 brilliant-cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.26 carats in total, complemented by anthracite printed Roman numerals and a white mother-of-pearl small seconds counter encircled by a diamond-set ring. Blued gold hands sweep across the composition, lending a delicate contrast to the luminous stone-set surface.
The watch is worn on a "large square scale" pearly dark grey alligator strap fastened by an 18-carat white gold pin buckle also set with diamonds, and a second black alligator strap is included for an alternative look.
