At 41mm in stainless steel, this Navitimer Chronograph carries one of aviation watchmaking's most recognizable silhouettes. The blue dial is laid out with applied index hour markers featuring luminous fill, luminous-filled hour and minute hands, and finely printed minute, second, and fraction-of-a-second tracks. A date window sits at 3 o'clock, while three sub-dials handle the chronograph's 30-minute counter at 12, a 12-hour counter at 6, and a running seconds display at 9. The cambered sapphire crystal is glare-proofed on both sides for clear legibility.
The stainless steel bidirectional rotating bezel houses the slide-rule navigation computer — a circular calculating instrument used to work out airborne figures such as fuel consumption, climb times, and unit conversions between miles, nautical miles, and kilometers. Power comes from the COSC-certified Breitling Caliber 13 automatic movement, endowed with 25 jewels and a power reserve of approximately 42 hours. Water resistance is rated to 30m/99ft.
The watch is presented on a black Navitimer calfskin leather strap secured by a push-button deployant buckle. Offered in unworn condition with authorized dealer protective plastics removed, it is accompanied by the original Breitling papers and Breitling warranty.
