Housed in a 43mm stainless steel case, the Navitimer B01 Chronograph 43 presents a black dial populated with a fine minutes, seconds, and fraction-of-a-second track. Luminous-filled polished hands ensure legibility, while a cambered sapphire crystal — glare-proofed on both sides — protects the dial. The crown is screw-locked with two gaskets, and the case features a transparent caseback. Water resistance reaches 30m/99ft.
The dial layout follows classic Navitimer convention: a running seconds sub-dial sits at 9 o'clock, a 30-minute chronograph counter at 3 o'clock, and a 12-hour counter at 6 o'clock. A large central red seconds hand tracks elapsed time to 1/4-second precision, while the date window appears between 4 and 5 o'clock. The polished stainless steel bidirectional rotating bezel houses a slide-rule navigation computer capable of computing fuel consumption, climb times, and converting miles to nautical miles or kilometers.
Power comes from the automatic caliber B01, featuring 47 jewels and an approximate 70-hour power reserve. The watch is presented on a polished stainless steel Navitimer bracelet secured by a folding clasp with safety latch. Reference AB0121211B1A1 is supplied complete with its original Breitling watch box and Breitling papers.
