Housed in a 42 mm round stainless steel case measuring 15.10 mm thick, the Chronomat B01 42 (reference AB0134101G1A1) is built for both performance and presence. A screw-locked crown with two gaskets and a unidirectional ratcheted bezel reinforce the design, while water resistance extends to 200 m (660 ft). The cambered sapphire crystal receives glareproof treatment on both sides, and a transparent sapphire crystal caseback allows a view of the movement within.
The silver-tone dial pairs luminous silver-tone hands with luminescent index hour markers, keeping the layout legible at a glance. Onboard functions include a chronograph, date, hours, minutes, and seconds — everything expected of a serious Swiss-made timepiece. The Breitling 01 manufacture self-winding movement powers the watch and delivers approximately 70 hours of power reserve.
