Water resistance reaches 200 meters, and the case is secured with a fold clasp on the black rubber strap, keeping the watch firmly in place across demanding conditions.
The grey dial is fitted with luminescent hour markers and luminescent hands, ensuring legibility when light is limited. Analog display presents the time in a clean, purposeful layout that remains true to the Chronomat's sporting character.
Powering the watch is a self-winding mechanical movement — the Breitling 01 — delivering a 70-hour power reserve alongside 1/4-second chronograph functions with 30-minute and 12-hour totalizers, operating at 28,800 vph with 47 jewels. This example comes with its original box and papers.
