Built around a 46mm DLC-coated stainless steel case, this Superocean Automatic 46 makes an immediate impression with its all-black aesthetic. The black dial features large Arabic numerals at 6, 9, and 12 o'clock, luminous-filled hour and minute hands, a date display at 3 o'clock, and minute markers around the outer rim. A cambered sapphire crystal, glare-proofed on both sides, protects the dial, while a screw-locked crown with two gaskets keeps water at bay to a depth of 2000m/6600ft.
The bidirectional-rotating bezel is fitted with a black ceramic insert and shares the DLC-coated steel construction of the case. Power comes from Breitling Caliber 17, an automatic movement housing 25 jewels with an approximate power reserve of 38 hours. The watch is presented on a Diver Pro III black rubber strap secured by a tang buckle clasp.
