Housed in a polished solid 18k rose gold case measuring 40mm, the Premier Automatic 40 (ref. R37340351G1P1) carries a silver dial with luminous rose gold-tone hour and minute hands alongside 18k rose gold luminous index hour markers. A small seconds sub-dial sits at 6 o'clock, while a cambered sapphire crystal glare-proofed on both sides protects the display. The fixed bezel is rendered in the same polished solid 18k rose gold as the case.
Power comes from Breitling caliber 37, an automatic movement featuring 27 jewels and an approximate power reserve of 42 hours. The push-and-pull crown is fitted with two gaskets, and the watch carries a water resistance rating of 100m/330ft. A deployment buckle in stainless steel secures the brown alligator leather strap with white stitching.
