Housed in a round 44 mm stainless steel case, this Superocean features a uni-directional rotating bezel and a screw-down crown, with solid case back construction and water resistance rated to 300 meters / 1000 feet. A cambered sapphire crystal sits above the blue dial, which carries luminescent index hour markers, luminescent hands, and minute markers along the outer rim.
Power comes from the Breitling Calibre 17 self-winding mechanical movement, based on the ETA 2824-2. The movement runs at 28,800 vph, houses 25 jewels, and delivers a power reserve of approximately 42 hours. Displayed functions include hours, minutes, seconds, and chronometer.
The blue rubber strap secures via a folding clasp with a safety release. This example is offered in new condition and is accompanied by its original box and papers.
