At the heart of this diver's watch sits Cartier's manufacture mechanical movement with automatic winding, caliber 1904-PS MC. The 42mm steel case measures 11mm thick and features a ceramic bezel with Super-LumiNova indicators and an 18k pink gold ring, while the faceted 18k pink gold crown is set with a faceted synthetic spinel. Water resistance reaches 30 bars, equivalent to approximately 300 meters or 1,000 feet.
The partly snailed blue dial is equipped with Super-LumiNova indicators and a set of sword-shaped hands: a steel second hand coated with Super-LumiNova, and steel sword-shaped hour and minute hands in a gold finish, also coated with Super-LumiNova. A calendar aperture sits at 3 o'clock, with small seconds displayed at 6 o'clock, and the dial is protected by a sapphire crystal.
Completing the watch is a blue rubber strap fastened with a steel ardillon buckle, offering a sporting yet refined aesthetic that suits the diver's character of the piece. Reference W2CA0009.
