Rendered in rose gold at 35.2 mm, the Nautilus 7118/1450R-001 presents the iconic Nautilus silhouette in a thoroughly diamond-paved form. The case and rose gold bracelet are each set with diamonds, extending to the Nautilus fold-over clasp with its push-button hidden mechanism. A sapphire crystal protects the dial, while a sapphire crystal case back and screw-in crown complete the construction. Water resistance is rated to 30 meters.
The 18K gold dial plate is itself paved with diamonds, complemented by gold applied hour markers and numerals filled with luminescent coating — ensuring legibility across varying light conditions. The combination of a fully diamond-set exterior and a luminous dial strikes a balance between decorative intent and everyday function.
