The sapphire crystal case back reveals the movement within, while the case maintains water resistance to 30 m at a height of 10.37 mm.
The dial is crafted in white mother-of-pearl, engraved with the Aquanaut pattern and set with baguette multicolored sapphire hour markers alongside gold applied numerals. The bezel carries 40 multicolored sapphires totaling 2.31 cts and 40 diamonds totaling 2.05 cts, all baguette-cut, while 12 multicolored sapphire hour markers add a further 0.31 ct. In total, the watch features 52 baguette-cut multicolored sapphires (2.62 cts) and 50 baguette-cut diamonds (2.41 cts).
The watch ships with its originally fitted red composite strap plus two additional composite straps in matte beige and matte white, each fastening via a diamond-set patented fold-over clasp set with 10 diamonds weighing 0.36 ct. Box and papers from Patek Philippe are included.
