The reference 5905/1A-001 brings together two of watchmaking's most compelling complications in a 42mm stainless steel case. The green dial is fitted with silver-toned hands and index hour markers, while the layout delivers a central chronograph seconds hand, a 60-minute counter, and a day/night indication. The annual calendar module displays the day, date, and month at the 10, 12, and 2 o'clock positions.
An automatic movement drives the watch, and the flyback chronograph function is complemented by a column wheel and vertical clutch for precise operation. A scratch-resistant sapphire crystal protects the dial, and the screw-down crown contributes to a water resistance rating of 30 meters. The sapphire caseback provides a view of the movement within.
The watch is worn on a bracelet secured by a deployment clasp with push-button release. Dating to 2021 and described as pristine, this example is offered with its original Patek Philippe box and papers including the brown wallet.
