Built around an asymmetrical 50mm ceramic case, the RM 61-01 Yohan Blake Limited Edition reflects Richard Mille's pursuit of aerodynamic form. The mid-section is constructed from NTPT carbon — a material formed by layering ultra-fine carbon fiber under high pressure — which lends the case its distinctively patterned surface. A titanium bezel and titanium screws secure the assembly, while a black rubber o-ring surrounds the winding crown, which sits between a pair of triangular crown guards for added protection.
The skeletonized dial exposes the automatic movement in its entirety, viewable through dual AR-coated sapphire crystals front and back. No dial numerals are present, keeping the architecture of the caliber fully unobstructed. The transparent caseback offers an equally unimpeded view of the movement's construction, and the case carries a water resistance rating of 50 meters.
The watch is worn on a black rubber strap fastened by a titanium double-fold clasp — a signature closure used across the Richard Mille lineup. The combination of ceramic, NTPT carbon, and titanium throughout the case reflects the material specification that defines this limited edition reference.
