Housed in a round 36 mm Oystersteel and Everose gold case, the Datejust 126231-0041 features a monobloc middle case with a solid screw-down case back and a screw-down Twinlock winding crown, delivering waterproofness to 100 metres / 330 feet. Scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens over the date completes the case, while the fluted bezel adds a distinctive finishing touch recognized across the Datejust lineage.
The slate dial carries a fluted motif and is set with diamonds held in 18 kt gold settings, lending depth and presence to the face. The Jubilee bracelet, rendered in Everose Rolesor with five-piece links, fastens via a folding Oysterclasp fitted with an Easylink 5 mm comfort extension link for a refined and adjustable fit on the wrist.
Powering the watch is the Calibre 3235, a perpetual mechanical self-winding movement from Manufacture Rolex. It operates to a precision of -2/+2 seconds per day after casing, features instantaneous date with rapid setting and stop-seconds functionality, and incorporates a paramagnetic blue Parachrom hairspring alongside high-performance Paraflex shock absorbers. The movement winds bidirectionally via a Perpetual rotor and carries both COSC certification and Rolex's own Superlative Chronometer designation.
