The bezel is set with diamonds, and a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens magnifies the instantaneous date display.
The white dial features Roman numeral hour markers and is driven by the Calibre 3235 — a perpetual, mechanical, self-winding movement from Manufacture Rolex. Precision is rated at -2/+2 seconds per day after casing, with a power reserve of approximately 70 hours. The oscillator employs a paramagnetic blue Parachrom hairspring alongside high-performance Paraflex shock absorbers, and winding is bidirectional via a Perpetual rotor.
