Measuring 36 mm across, the round Oyster case is crafted in Yellow Rolesor — Rolex's combination of Oystersteel and yellow gold — and features a monobloc middle case with a screw-down case back and screw-down winding crown secured by the Twinlock double waterproofness system. The bezel is set with diamonds, while a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens over the date completes the case. Water resistance extends to 100 metres / 330 feet.
The slate dial is rendered in the Wimbledon style with Roman numerals and a Chromalight display offering long-lasting blue luminescence for legibility in low light. A date complication with instantaneous rapid setting appears at three o'clock beneath the Cyclops lens. The three-piece solid-link Oyster bracelet is also crafted in Yellow Rolesor and closes with a folding Oysterclasp fitted with an Easylink 5 mm comfort extension link.
Power comes from the Calibre 3235, a perpetual mechanical self-winding movement from Manufacture Rolex, COSC certified to a precision of -2/+2 seconds per day after casing. It features a paramagnetic blue Parachrom hairspring, high-performance Paraflex shock absorbers, bidirectional winding via a Perpetual rotor, and an approximate power reserve of 70 hours.
