Sized at 31 mm, the round Oystersteel case follows Rolex's Oyster architecture: a monobloc middle case, screw-down case back, and a screw-down Twinlock winding crown that together deliver waterproofness to 100 metres / 330 feet. A scratch-resistant sapphire crystal sits above the dial, fitted with a Cyclops lens to magnify the instantaneous date display.
The blue dial is dressed with Roman numerals, offering a classic legibility that complements the domed bezel's profile. The Oystersteel Oyster bracelet is constructed from three-piece solid links and fastens via a folding Oysterclasp equipped with an Easylink 5 mm comfort extension link for a precise, adjustable fit.
Inside runs the Calibre 2236, a perpetual mechanical self-winding movement made by Rolex, certified as a Superlative Chronometer to a precision of -2/+2 seconds per day after casing. Its Syloxi silicon hairspring with patented geometry and high-performance Paraflex shock absorbers underpin reliability, while bidirectional winding via the Perpetual rotor delivers a power reserve of approximately 55 hours. Stop-seconds allows for precise time setting.
