Presented in a round 31 mm case crafted from Everose Rolesor — Rolex's combination of Oystersteel and Everose gold — this Datejust 31 carries the domed bezel and solid case back characteristic of the Oyster architecture. The screw-down winding crown features the Twinlock double waterproofness system, and the scratch-resistant sapphire crystal incorporates a Cyclops lens positioned over the date window. Water resistance extends to 100 metres / 330 feet.
The chocolate dial is set with diamonds throughout, with the large VI index distinguished further by a cluster of 11 diamonds. Roman numeral hour markers complete the dial's character, while the date complication with rapid setting adds everyday utility. The Oyster bracelet — composed of three-piece solid links in matching Everose Rolesor — fastens via a folding Oysterclasp with Easylink 5 mm comfort extension link.
Inside runs the Calibre 2236, a perpetual mechanical self-winding movement produced by Rolex. The oscillator employs a Syloxi silicon hairspring with patented geometry alongside high-performance Paraflex shock absorbers. Bidirectional winding via the Perpetual rotor delivers approximately 55 hours of power reserve, and precision is rated at -2/+2 seconds per day after casing. The movement is COSC certified.
