Sized at 31 mm, this Datejust 31 features a round case built on Rolex's Oyster architecture: a monobloc middle case paired with a screw-down case back and a screw-down Twinlock winding crown for waterproofness to 100 metres / 330 feet. The case material is Everose Rolesor, combining Oystersteel and Everose gold, and the domed bezel sits above a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal fitted with a Cyclops lens over the date window.
The slate dial is complemented by an Oyster bracelet composed of three-piece solid links in the same Everose Rolesor combination. The bracelet fastens with a folding Oysterclasp that includes an Easylink 5 mm comfort extension link, allowing for easy on-wrist adjustments.
Inside runs the perpetual, mechanical, self-winding Calibre 2236, a Manufacture Rolex movement rated to a precision of -2/+2 seconds per day after casing and COSC certified. It delivers approximately 55 hours of power reserve via bidirectional self-winding through a Perpetual rotor, and features a Syloxi silicon hairspring with patented geometry alongside Paraflex shock absorbers. Functions include centre hour, minute, and seconds hands, instantaneous date with rapid setting, and stop-seconds for precise time setting.
