Housed in a 31 mm round case crafted from White Rolesor — Rolex's combination of Oystersteel and white gold — this Datejust 31 features a monobloc middle case with a solid screw-down case back and a screw-down winding crown equipped with the Twinlock double waterproofness system. The scratch-resistant sapphire crystal incorporates a Cyclops lens over the date window, and the watch is waterproof to 100 metres / 330 feet.
The silver dial is set with diamonds held in 18 kt gold settings, while the fluted bezel adds further definition to the case. The Oystersteel Jubilee bracelet, composed of five-piece links, fastens with a concealed folding Crownclasp for a refined, secure fit on the wrist.
Powering the watch is the Calibre 2236, a perpetual mechanical self-winding movement manufactured by Rolex. It features a Syloxi silicon hairspring with patented geometry, high-performance Paraflex shock absorbers, bidirectional winding via a Perpetual rotor, a power reserve of approximately 55 hours, and a precision of -2/+2 seconds per day after casing. Functions include centre hour, minute, and seconds hands, instantaneous date with rapid setting, and stop-seconds for precise time adjustment. The movement is COSC certified.
