Measuring 31mm, the round case is crafted in 18kt yellow gold and features a diamond-set bezel, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens over the date, and an Oyster architecture comprising a monobloc middle case with a screw-down case back and screw-down Twinlock winding crown. Water resistance extends to 100 metres / 330 feet.
The silver dial is itself set with diamonds, while Roman numeral hour markers include a large VI set with 11 diamonds. The 18kt yellow gold President bracelet — featuring semi-circular three-piece links — fastens with a concealed folding Crownclasp, completing the thoroughly gold composition of the piece.
Inside runs the Rolex Calibre 2236, a perpetual mechanical self-winding movement bearing COSC certification and a precision rating of -2/+2 seconds per day after casing. The oscillator employs a Syloxi silicon hairspring with patented geometry and Paraflex shock absorbers, bidirectional winding via a Perpetual rotor, and a power reserve of approximately 55 hours. Functions include center hour, minute, and seconds hands, instantaneous date with rapid setting, and stop-seconds for precise time setting.
