The monobloc middle case is finished with a solid case back and a screw-down winding crown featuring Rolex's Twinlock double waterproofness system, offering water resistance to 100 metres / 330 feet. A scratch-resistant sapphire crystal sits above the dial, complete with a Cyclops lens magnifying the date display.
The pink dial is set with diamonds throughout, and the large VI marker is individually set with 11 diamonds, lending the piece a pronounced sense of occasion. Roman numerals mark the hours, and the domed bezel framing the dial is itself set with diamonds, continuing the stone-set theme across the watch's most visible surfaces.
