Crafted from Everose Rolesor — Rolex's combination of Oystersteel and Everose gold — the 31 mm round case features a monobloc middle, solid case back, and a screw-down winding crown operating via the Twinlock double waterproofness system. The bezel is set with diamonds, while a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens over the date window sits above the slate dial. Water resistance extends to 100 metres / 330 feet.
The slate dial displays Roman numeral hour markers, with the large VI specially set with 11 diamonds for a touch of further distinction. The Oyster bracelet, composed of three-piece solid links in matching Everose Rolesor, fastens via a folding Oysterclasp equipped with an Easylink 5 mm comfort extension link.
Power comes from the Rolex Caliber 2236, a perpetual mechanical self-winding movement with bidirectional winding via a Perpetual rotor and approximately 55 hours of power reserve. The oscillator features a Syloxi hairspring in silicon with patented geometry and high-performance Paraflex shock absorbers, delivering a precision of -2/+2 seconds per day after casing. Functions include centre hour, minute, and seconds hands, instantaneous date with rapid setting, and stop-seconds for precise time setting. The movement is COSC certified.
