Crafted entirely in 18kt white gold, the 31mm case follows Rolex's Oyster architecture: a monobloc middle case, screw-down case back, and a screw-down winding crown featuring the Twinlock double waterproofness system. Scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens over the date protects the dial, while the bezel is set with diamonds for added brilliance. The watch is waterproof to 100 metres / 330 feet.
The bright blue dial is rendered with Roman numeral hour markers, offering a classic and legible layout. The President bracelet — composed of semi-circular three-piece links in 18kt white gold — fastens via a concealed folding Crownclasp, completing the all-white-gold presentation.
Inside runs Rolex Calibre 2236, a perpetual mechanical self-winding movement certified as a Superlative Chronometer, meaning it meets both COSC standards and Rolex's own post-casing certification for a precision of -2/+2 seconds per day. The oscillator incorporates a Syloxi silicon hairspring with patented geometry and Paraflex shock absorbers, while bidirectional winding via the Perpetual rotor provides a power reserve of approximately 55 hours.
