At 36 mm, this Datejust is built around a monobloc Oystersteel middle case sealed by a screw-down case back and a screw-down Twinlock winding crown, delivering water resistance to 100 metres. A scratch-resistant sapphire crystal protects the dial, with a Cyclops lens positioned over the date window for easy reading. The bezel is set with diamonds, lending the watch its distinctive dressed character.
The silver dial carries a jubilee motif and is itself set with diamonds held in 18 kt gold settings, creating a layered interplay of light across the surface. The Oyster bracelet in Oystersteel features three-piece solid links and closes with a folding Oysterclasp equipped with an Easylink 5 mm comfort extension link.
Inside runs Rolex Calibre 3235, a perpetual, mechanical, self-winding movement certified as a Superlative Chronometer — meeting both COSC standards and Rolex's own post-casing criteria — with a precision rating of -2/+2 seconds per day. The oscillator uses a paramagnetic blue Parachrom hairspring and Paraflex shock absorbers, and the bidirectional Perpetual rotor provides a power reserve of approximately 70 hours.
