At 36 mm, the Oystersteel case follows Rolex's classic Oyster architecture — a monobloc middle case, screw-down case back, and screw-down Twinlock winding crown that together deliver waterproofness to 100 metres. The bezel is set with diamonds, while a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens over the date window keeps the black index dial clearly legible from every angle.
Inside runs Calibre 3235, a perpetual mechanical self-winding movement manufactured by Rolex. Bidirectional winding via the Perpetual rotor delivers approximately 70 hours of power reserve, and the oscillator features a paramagnetic blue Parachrom hairspring along with high-performance Paraflex shock absorbers. Precision is rated at -2/+2 seconds per day after casing, and the movement carries Superlative Chronometer certification — combining COSC testing with Rolex's own post-casing verification.
The Oystersteel Oyster bracelet is built from three-piece solid links and fastens with a folding Oysterclasp equipped with an Easylink 5 mm comfort extension link, allowing for a fine adjustment in fit without tools.
