Housed in a 36 mm platinum Oyster case, this Day-Date 36 features a monobloc middle case construction with a screw-down case back and screw-down winding crown secured by Rolex's Twinlock double waterproofness system. The scratch-resistant sapphire crystal incorporates a Cyclops lens over the date display, and the watch is waterproof to 100 metres / 330 feet.
The pink dial is set with 10 baguette-cut diamonds, lending the watch its distinctive reference designation 0024. A fluted platinum bezel frames the dial, while the platinum President bracelet — composed of semi-circular three-piece links — fastens with a concealed folding Crownclasp.
Powering the watch is the Calibre 3255, a perpetual, mechanical, self-winding movement of Rolex manufacture, COSC certified and rated to a precision of -2/+2 seconds per day after casing. The movement delivers approximately 70 hours of power reserve via bidirectional self-winding through a Perpetual rotor, and features a paramagnetic blue Parachrom hairspring alongside high-performance Paraflex shock absorbers.
