Measuring 36 mm across, the Oyster case is crafted from 18 kt yellow gold and features a bezel set with diamonds, a screw-down winding crown with Twinlock double waterproofness, and a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens over the date. The case is waterproof to 100 metres / 330 feet and carries a monobloc middle case construction with a screw-down case back.
The chocolate dial is itself set with diamonds, with 18 kt gold settings throughout and baguette-cut diamonds positioned at 6 and 9 o'clock — a richly layered gem arrangement that defines this particular reference. The diamond-set President bracelet in 18 kt yellow gold closes via a concealed folding Crownclasp, completing the all-gold and diamond presentation.
Inside runs the Rolex Calibre 3255, a perpetual mechanical self-winding movement with a power reserve of approximately 70 hours. It features a paramagnetic blue Parachrom hairspring, Paraflex shock absorbers, bidirectional winding via a Perpetual rotor, and achieves a precision of -2/+2 seconds per day after casing as a Superlative Chronometer — meeting both COSC and Rolex's own post-casing certification standards. This example is dated 2023.
