Measuring 36 mm across, the Oyster case is crafted in 18 kt yellow gold and features a bezel set with diamonds, a screw-down winding crown with Twinlock double waterproofness, and a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens over the date. The case construction follows Rolex's monobloc middle-case architecture with a screw-down case back, offering water resistance to 100 metres / 330 feet.
The white mother-of-pearl dial is itself set with diamonds in 18 kt gold settings, and baguette-cut diamonds appear at 6 and 9 o'clock, lending the face a layered brilliance. Day and date displays appear in apertures with Rolex's secure rapid-setting function, while centre hour, minute, and seconds hands complete the layout. The diamond-set President bracelet in 18 kt yellow gold closes with a concealed folding Crownclasp.
Inside runs the Calibre 3255, a perpetual mechanical self-winding movement certified as a Superlative Chronometer — meeting both COSC standards and Rolex's own post-casing certification for a precision of -2/+2 seconds per day. A paramagnetic blue Parachrom hairspring, Paraflex shock absorbers, bidirectional winding via a Perpetual rotor, and an approximately 70-hour power reserve round out the movement specification.
