Scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens over the date protects the display, and the watch remains waterproof to 100 metres / 330 feet.
The turquoise dial is itself set with diamonds, while the hour markers in 18 kt gold carry 32 diamonds and the Roman VI and IX numerals in 18 kt gold are set with an additional 24 diamonds. The surrounding bezel is also set with diamonds, lending the piece a consistently jewelled character across every angle.
