Housed in a 40mm 18K Everose gold round case, this Cosmograph Daytona is defined by its chocolate dial with applied index markers and Chromalight display offering long-lasting blue luminescence. The black Monobloc Cerachrom ceramic bezel carries a moulded tachymetric scale, while a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and solid screw-down caseback contribute to water resistance of 100 meters. Screw-down Triplock triple waterproofness crowns and pushers complete the case construction.
Driving the watch is the Rolex Caliber 4131, an automatic self-winding chronograph movement wound bidirectionally via a Perpetual rotor. A paramagnetic blue Parachrom hairspring and Paraflex shock absorbers underpin its stability, and the movement achieves a precision rating of -2/+2 seconds per day as a Superlative Chronometer after casing. Power reserve runs to approximately 72 hours.
The watch is worn on a Rolex Oysterflex strap — flexible metal blades overmolded with high-performance elastomer — fastened by a folding Oysterlock safety clasp with the Rolex Glidelock extension system. This example is unworn and arrives as a complete set including the Rolex box, warranty card, manuals, and green tag.
