Housed in a 40 mm 18 kt white gold Oyster case, this Cosmograph Daytona features a monobloc middle case, screw-down case back, and a screw-down Triplock winding crown delivering waterproofness to 100 metres. The bezel is set with diamonds, while scratch-resistant sapphire crystal protects the dial beneath.
The steel silver dial presents bright black counter rings also set with diamonds, complemented by 8 baguette-cut diamond-set hour markers alongside 3 diamond-set markers at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock. A Chromalight display provides long-lasting blue luminescence for legibility in low light.
Power comes from Rolex Calibre 4131, a self-winding perpetual mechanical chronograph movement rated to a precision of -2/+2 seconds per day after casing and holding a power reserve of approximately 72 hours. A paramagnetic blue Parachrom hairspring and Paraflex shock absorbers contribute to its resilience, and the movement carries Superlative Chronometer certification. The Oysterflex bracelet — flexible metal blades overmoulded with high-performance elastomer — fastens with a folding Oysterlock safety clasp featuring the Rolex Glidelock extension system.
