Housed in a 40mm round Oystersteel case, this GMT-Master II features a screw-down crown equipped with Rolex's Triplock triple waterproofness system and a screw-down case back, delivering water resistance to 100 metres / 330 feet. The bidirectional rotating 24-hour graduated bezel carries a two-colour grey and black Cerachrom insert in ceramic with moulded numerals and graduations, while the black dial is fitted with luminescent hands and luminescent dot and index hour markers beneath a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal.
Powering the watch is the Rolex Calibre 3285 automatic movement, offering a second time zone with independent rapid-setting of the hour hand, an instantaneous date display, stop-seconds for precise time setting, and approximately 70 hours of power reserve. The five-piece-link Oyster bracelet secures via a folding Oysterlock safety buckle with an Easylink 5mm comfort extension link.
