Housed in a 28mm Oyster case crafted from Yellow Rolesor, a combination of Oystersteel and yellow gold, this Lady-Datejust features a monobloc middle case, screw-down case back, and a screw-down winding crown with Twinlock double waterproofness. A domed bezel frames the scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, which incorporates a Cyclops lens above the date window. The watch is waterproof to 100 metres / 330 feet.
The silver dial carries Roman numeral hour markers and presents the date through Rolex's instantaneous rapid-setting mechanism. The stop-seconds function allows for precise time setting. Securing the watch to the wrist is a Jubilee bracelet in Yellow Rolesor with five-piece links, fastened by a concealed folding Crownclasp.
Powering the watch is the Caliber 2236, a perpetual mechanical self-winding movement from Manufacture Rolex. It features a Syloxi silicon hairspring with patented geometry, high-performance Paraflex shock absorbers, bidirectional winding via a Perpetual rotor, and a power reserve of approximately 55 hours. The caliber is a Superlative Chronometer, meeting both COSC standards and Rolex's own certification criteria after casing, with a precision of -2/+2 seconds per day.
