At 28 mm, the Oyster case is crafted from Yellow Rolesor, Rolex's combination of Oystersteel and yellow gold. A monobloc middle case, solid case back, and screw-down winding crown with Twinlock double waterproofness system deliver water resistance to 100 metres / 330 feet, while scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens over the date keeps the dial easy to read at a glance.
The silver dial features Roman numeral hour markers, and the matching Oyster bracelet — built from three-piece solid links in Yellow Rolesor — closes with a folding Oysterclasp fitted with an Easylink 5 mm comfort extension link. The fluted yellow gold bezel completes the two-tone character of the piece.
Power comes from the Calibre 2236, a perpetual mechanical self-winding movement from Manufacture Rolex. It runs with a precision of -2/+2 seconds per day after casing, stores approximately 55 hours of power reserve, and features a Syloxi silicon hairspring with patented geometry alongside Paraflex shock absorbers. The movement holds Superlative Chronometer certification, reflecting both COSC and Rolex's own post-casing standards.
