At 28mm, the Lady-Datejust is built around a round monobloc middle case crafted in Everose Rolesor — Rolex's own combination of Oystersteel and Everose gold. The bezel is set with diamonds, while the case features a screw-down case back and a screw-down Twinlock double waterproofness crown, delivering water resistance to 100 metres / 330 feet. A scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens over the date completes the case.
The rosé-colour dial is dressed with Roman numeral hour markers, offering a classic and legible presentation. The Oyster bracelet, constructed from three-piece solid links in Everose Rolesor, fastens with a folding Oysterclasp equipped with an Easylink 5mm comfort extension link.
Powering the watch is Rolex Calibre 2236, a perpetual mechanical self-winding movement with a precision rating of -2/+2 seconds per day after casing. It features a Syloxi silicon hairspring with patented geometry, Paraflex shock absorbers, bidirectional winding via a Perpetual rotor, and a power reserve of approximately 55 hours. The movement carries Superlative Chronometer certification, reflecting both COSC and Rolex's own post-casing standards.
