At 28mm, the Oyster case is constructed from Yellow Rolesor, Rolex's combination of Oystersteel and yellow gold, and features a monobloc middle case with a screw-down case back and screw-down winding crown secured by the Twinlock double waterproofness system. The bezel is set with diamonds, while a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens over the date completes the case, which is waterproof to 100 metres / 330 feet.
The silver dial is dressed with Roman numeral hour markers and an instantaneous date display with rapid setting. The five-piece-link Jubilee bracelet, also crafted in Yellow Rolesor, fastens with a concealed folding Crownclasp for a secure and refined fit on the wrist.
Inside beats the Calibre 2236, a perpetual mechanical self-winding movement manufactured by Rolex, featuring a Syloxi silicon hairspring with patented geometry, high-performance Paraflex shock absorbers, and bidirectional winding via a Perpetual rotor. The movement delivers a precision of -2/+2 seconds per day after casing, an approximately 55-hour power reserve, and holds Superlative Chronometer certification — combining COSC testing with Rolex's own certification after casing.
