At 42mm, the Sky-Dweller's Oyster case is crafted in White Rolesor, pairing Oystersteel with white gold across a monobloc middle case, solid case back, and screw-down winding crown secured by the Twinlock double waterproofness system. A fluted, bidirectional rotatable Rolex Ring Command bezel defines the profile, while scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens over the date provides clarity at a glance. Water resistance extends to 100 metres / 330 feet.
The bright black dial features a Chromalight display with long-lasting blue luminescence for legibility in low light. Functions include centre hour, minute, and seconds hands, a 24-hour off-centre disc for a second time zone, an instantaneous annual calendar at 3 o'clock with rapid date setting, and month indication via 12 apertures around the dial's circumference. Stop-seconds allows for precise time setting.
Powering the watch is the Calibre 9002 — a perpetual, mechanical, self-winding movement with dual time zones and annual calendar, rated to -2/+2 seconds per day after casing and offering approximately 72 hours of power reserve. The movement features a paramagnetic blue Parachrom hairspring and Paraflex shock absorbers, and is COSC certified. The Oystersteel Oyster bracelet with three-piece solid links closes via a folding Oysterclasp with Easylink 5mm comfort extension link.
