At the heart of this Sky-Dweller is a slate dial equipped with a Chromalight display offering long-lasting blue luminescence, paired with a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and a Cyclops lens positioned over the date. The fluted, bidirectional rotatable Rolex Ring Command bezel interacts with the movement to set the watch's dual time zone and annual calendar functions, while the monobloc middle case, screw-down case back, and Twinlock winding crown combine to provide waterproofness to 100 metres.
Power comes from the Calibre 9002, a perpetual, mechanical, self-winding movement with dual time zones and an annual calendar. It delivers a precision of -2/+2 seconds per day after casing and offers approximately 72 hours of power reserve. The oscillator features a paramagnetic blue Parachrom hairspring alongside high-performance Paraflex shock absorbers, and bidirectional self-winding is achieved via the Perpetual rotor. The movement is COSC certified.
The watch is worn on an 18kt Everose gold Jubilee bracelet with five-piece links, secured by a folding Oysterclasp with an Easylink 5mm comfort extension link. This example is unworn and accompanied by the Rolex box and Rolex card.
