Reference 16623 brings together two materials in Rolex's Rolesor tradition: a stainless steel Oyster case measuring 40mm across and an 18K yellow gold rotatable bezel featuring raised numerals. The three-piece-link Oyster bracelet continues the steel-and-gold combination, secured by a folding Oysterlock clasp. A sapphire crystal protects the dial, and the case carries a water resistance rating of 100 metres / 330 feet (10 ATM).
The blue dial is fitted with luminous hour markers and a date window at 3 o'clock. Hours, minutes, seconds, and date are the core functions on offer, all presented in the Yacht-Master's characteristic layout. The dial color and gold bezel together give the watch a presence that reads as both nautical and refined.
Inside runs the self-winding Caliber 3135, an automatic movement delivering approximately 50 hours of power reserve. This pre-owned Yacht-Master 40 is offered with the original Rolex box and papers included.
