This Jaquet Droz Grande Seconde Moon watch is a stunning timepiece that exudes elegance and sophistication. The polished stainless steel case has a diameter of 43mm, making it a bold and eye-catching accessory. The main dial is silver with a stepped down sub-dial design, complemented by blued steel hands. The off-set hour and minutes sub-dial at the top of the dial features black printed Roman numeral hour markers and a minute track.
The grande (over-sized) seconds sub-dial at the bottom of the dial adds a unique touch with black printed Arabic numerals in 10-second increments and a seconds track. The center of the grande seconds sub-dial also includes a date function, with odd numbers in Arabic numerals and even days represented by dots. The date indications are printed in a metallic blue color, except for day 31 which is highlighted in red.
At the top of the center of the sub-dial, there is a moonphase aperture that showcases a blued steel moon disc with applied 22k white gold moon and 18k white gold stars. This watch is powered by the Jaquet Droz caliber 2660QL3, which features a silicon balance spring and pallet horns. It beats at 28,800 vph and contains 30 jewels, with an approximate power reserve of 68 hours.
