The case is fully paved with diamonds and emeralds — 241 diamonds totaling 1.08 ct across the case and 367 emeralds totaling 1.36 ct on the bezel — while a sapphire crystal case back offers a view through to the movement. Water resistance is rated to 30 m.
The 18K gold dial plate is set in a "wave" pattern using 283 diamonds (1.07 ct), with 12 ogival-shaped white gold hour markers each set with an emerald, contributing 0.29 ct in total. Every element of the dial reflects the same gem-setting vocabulary carried throughout the rest of the watch.
