At 42mm, the Sky-Dweller's Oyster case is crafted in White Rolesor, blending Oystersteel with white gold across a monobloc middle case with a solid screw-down case back and Twinlock screw-down winding crown. A fluted, bidirectional rotatable Rolex Ring Command bezel defines the profile, while scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens over the date ensures legibility. Water resistance extends to 100 metres / 330 feet.
The bright blue dial features a Chromalight display with long-lasting blue luminescence, while the month is indicated through 12 apertures arranged around the dial's circumference and the annual calendar appears instantaneously at 3 o'clock. A 24-hour off-centre disc tracks a second time zone.
